Фосфаты и тем более фосфоресценция тут точно ни при чём. :) Кроме ИвТП, тут быть явно нечему. Собственно, вопрос только в том, как именно появляется тонкая плёнка для интерференции. Вероятно, действительно выступает при разрезании.
